Renovated in spring 2026, nothing superfluous: a big living space opening onto the terraces, a kitchen made for long meals, and an independent studio for everyone’s privacy.

Propreté irréprochable, parfaitement équipée. Les 2 terrasses dont une avec vue sur mer sont top. L'emplacement au cœur du port est idéal. C'était juste parfait, merci !

A charming apartment perfectly situated above Niolon's port. The entire village has a very local vibe… and the dining terrace is an added bonus.
