These terms govern the seasonal rental of the Calanca house (Niolon, commune of Le Rove) offered by SAS CALANCA for direct booking. Enquiry and booking: enquiries are made through the site form, with no online payment. Availability, the rate and the conditions of the stay are confirmed in writing. The booking becomes firm on receipt of the 30% deposit; the balance is paid before arrival, as confirmed in writing. Security deposit: a refundable security deposit may be requested; its amount and terms are given in the written confirmation. Cancellation: the cancellation terms for your stay are given in the written confirmation, before the deposit is paid. The stay: the house sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. Pets are not allowed. Household linen is provided. Arrival and departure times are given in the written confirmation. Each stay is governed by its written confirmation; if the two differ, that confirmation prevails over this page.
