- Is Calanca really by the sea?
- Yes. The house is in the village of Niolon, a 5-minute walk from the calanque and its swimming spot. No sandy beach, but a natural sea entrance in a preserved calanque, typical of the Côte Bleue.
- Is there a hotel in Niolon?
- No. Niolon has no hotel at all. That is exactly what makes it rare: Calanca is one of the very few independent rentals in the village.
- Can we come without a car?
- Yes. Niolon station (Côte Bleue line) is 300 m from the house. From Marseille Saint-Charles, allow about 20 minutes.
- How many people can Calanca host?
- The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 6.
- Are pets allowed?

- Is household linen provided?
- Yes, bed linen and bath towels are included. A welcome kit awaits you on arrival.
- Is there air conditioning?

- Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.
- Are the terraces private?
- Yes, both terraces are reserved for Calanca's guests.
- Is there parking?
- Niolon has free parking at the entrance to the village. In high season, arrive before 10 am. TODO(victor): confirm parking details.

- How do we book Calanca without going through Airbnb?
- Through the direct enquiry form: we confirm availability, the rate and the terms within 24 hours.
- Is a deposit required?
- Yes, a 30% deposit secures the booking. The balance is paid before arrival, under the terms confirmed in writing.
- What is the cancellation policy?

- How does arrival work?
- An arrival guide is sent 48 hours before the stay with all the practical details. Inventory on arrival and departure.

- Is Niolon noisy in summer?
- The village is quiet, with no mass entertainment. The calanque is lively by day and very calm again in the evening.
- Is Marseille easy to reach?
- Yes: 20 minutes on the Côte Bleue train from Niolon station, or 25 to 30 minutes by car.
- Can we hike from the house?
- Yes. The customs officers' path and the GR 51 start from the village, along the Côte Bleue Marine Park.
- Are there shops in Niolon?
- Niolon is a very small village: shops are in Carry-le-Rouet (10 min by car) or L'Estaque (15 min). Plan the first evening's groceries ahead.
