why niolon with children?
The village is small and calm: almost no traffic, swimming 5 minutes away, the ice-cream shop at the harbour. The Vesse calanque offers clear, easily reached water; the Niolon fort loop is walked as a family in 1 h 30. And when sand is required, the Rouet beach is 20 minutes away.
a typical day
morning
An early swim at La Vesse, while the water is calm and the pebbles still free. A picnic put together at the village grocery.
afternoon
Naps and games on the terrace, in the shade of the reed canopy. Ice cream at the Glacier de l'Ancre, a tour of the harbour at child height.
evening
Pétanque, dinner at the house on the main terrace. The children sleep, the bay lights up.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: everyone gets their own space. The equipped kitchen spares you a restaurant at every meal, linen is provided, the concierge answers 7 days a week. The house sleeps up to 6.

Is the swimming suitable for children?
La Vesse is the simplest spot: easy access, clear water, shallow at the edge. Swimming is unsupervised: as everywhere in the calanques, keep an eye out.
Is there a sandy beach?
Not in Niolon: pebbles and rocks. The Rouet beach, 20 minutes by car, has sand.
Is there baby equipment?
